Thanks for reading! I understand what you’re saying, but I think we’re using different definitions of “audience”. When I invoke the phrase “audience’s audience”, I don’t intend it to mean an “audience’s target market”. Rather, an “audience’s audience” is simply the people with whom your audience is most likely to share. I wouldn’t be able to speak to your specific example without understanding the details. But, broadly speaking, making something that’s easy to be copied implicitly involves making it as understandable as possible. In that sense, I think this article applies to most folks.
