I’m no fan of propagandists, but I also don’t believe propagandists are exclusive of storytellers. A story is a story, regardless the storyteller’s motivations.

A story is also a story regardless of nuance. Stories are just patterns. Some patterns make us feel good. Some patterns don’t. Just as light is light regardless of its place on the spectrum, and sound is sound regardless of its pitch.
